1. Perform Chakrasana (refer Fig. 85.0).
2. Exhale slowly and move the palms so that the palm is
near the heels. The crown of the head should be near the hips
3. The legs and the hands should be firm and stretched
well (refer Fig. 86.0).
4. Hold in this position for about 8 to 10
seconds with even breathing.
