1. Perform Chakrsana (refer Fig. 85.0).
2. Slowly move the hands so that the legs ae lockd with
the hands just above the feet.
3. Raise the head above (refer fig. 89.0).
So that the entire body is stretched well.
4. Stay for a few seconds in this posture with even
breathing and then come back to normal position.
Chakrasana and Chakrbhandasna
have many advantages regarding various disorders of human body system.
This exercise helps to eliminate the illness in rectum, kidney, neck and spinal
system of the body.
